I had the incredible honor of serving as Principal For A Day (PFAD) at all the schools I attended—my elementary school William B. Miller, junior high Oliver Wendell Holmes , and Roosevelt High School. It was such a special experience to walk the halls where my own educational journey began, see the faces of today’s students, and give back to the schools that shaped me.

Even now, serving as a substitute teacher, I’m reminded every day of the impact educators have on young lives. These experiences reinforce why I’m so passionate about empowering youth through DKFitness Sports Foundation. Our mission is to support and guide students—especially athletes—so they can reach their full potential on and off the field.

Giving back isn’t just a privilege—it’s a responsibility. And being able to do it in the schools that shaped me makes it all the more meaningful.

These incredible kids remind us every day what true strength, joy, and resilience look like. Working with them is such a blessing – their smiles, determination, and unique spirits light up every room.

Even though they face challenges each day, they teach us so much about patience, love, and the power of encouragement. They are at the heart of why we give back, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to support, learn from, and celebrate them.

Thank you to these amazing kids for inspiring us to be better, kinder, and more compassionate every day.

This weekend we’re proud to support another incredible Car Show in Ft. Hood, TX 🚘✨ — honoring the brave men and women who serve our country every day. Events like this aren’t just about cars, they’re about community, unity, and showing love to our troops.

DKFitness Sports Foundation Supporting the CAN Academy 🚗✨

The DKFitness Sports Foundation was proud to attend a recent car show in support of the CAN Academy program. It was an incredible event bringing the community together for a great cause—raising funds to help kids succeed in school and in life.

While there, we were able to hand out posters, connect with families, and take some great pictures with the community.

At DKFitness, our mission is to stand alongside programs that uplift and empower youth. Supporting events like this is just one way we continue to give back and help students take their game—and their future—to the next level.
